Shipping costs

LovmandArt uses DAO parcelshop delivery as the preferred delevery method in Denmark. In case of delays with DAO LovmandArt cannot be held accountable for this delay. In case of very overdue or absent orders please send an email to: camilla.lovmand@hotmail.com

Delivery

LovmandArt strives towards shipping your order as soon as possible after your order has been placed. The delivery time will therefore be approximately 3-7 working days. When your order has been shipped you will receive a mail allowing you to both follow and locate your parcel. In case of pressure of busyness, a longer delivery time may occur.

Payment

LovmandArt accepts payment methods with the following debit/credit cards: Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and XXX. The payment will be drawn from your account as soon as your order has been dispatched and is on its way. All prices on our website are quoted in Danish DKK including 25% VAT.

Pick up

At the “check out” page on www.lovmandart.com you have the option to collect your order at my workspace located in Aarhus C. If you choose this option, we will send an e-mail to set up an appointment with time and date for you to pick up.

Return

I have a 14-days return policy, from the day you received your package, if you choose to exercise a return, the folio around the products, can not be broken. All return costs is payed by the costumer and I will always be helpful to guide you through the steps, if thats your need.
Return of goods is your responsibility and it is important that you keep your tracking number safe in case of the parcel disappearing. your money will be transferred to your account when i have received the packgage.
